Such reality is acknowledged in the numerous letters of gratitude regarding the reception of citizens and reviewing their requests, which are delivered to the MIA, Baku city Main Police Department and local police authorities. The letters delivered as a result of the actions rendered confirm the high level of the relations between police staff and citizens. We bring some of the mentioned letters of gratitude into your attention. 

A citizen of Khatai district, Rzayev Anar Nasir expresses in the letter that he has addressed to the Baku city Main Police Department due to the protocol issued about him. He also expresses his gratitude to the Administration of the Baku City Main Police Department since the staff of the Administration assisted him in cancelling the protocol. 

In the other letter addressed to the MIA Administration, a citizen of Yasamal district, Ismayilzada Rafig Tofig mentions his application to the PD No 8 of the Sabail DPD regarding the incident he experienced. The issue was settled out within three days through the operative actions conducted by Police Lieutenant Musayev Fuad Nizami, the field inspector investigating the case.

A citizen of Sabail district, Gurbanova Saida Shukur addressed to the Baku city Main Police Department due to the illegality she experienced. With the help of the Moral Affairs Senior Assistant of the Department, police colonel Ali Valiyev and the chief of criminal investigation department police colonel Alaslan Aghayev justice was found out, that is why she thanks to the administration of Baku city Main Police Department.       

Another letter addressed to the administration of MIA was sent by the resident of Aghdam region Mammadova Shirin Ali. The letter indicated that the damage done to her was paid as a result of the senior investigator of Narimanov DPD, police senior lieutenant Javid Mirzali`s efforts.  

Rzayev Mehman Aydin, the resident of Yasamal district addressed to Baku city MPD with complaint petititon. Mehman is grateful to the administration of MIA, because the officers of Internal Investigation Department gave the case a legal value herein.  

The appreciation letter which citizen Mirzayev Zair Subhan addressed to the administration of MIA describes that the officers of Baku city MPD STP and Nizami DPD TPD helped him multiple times.

Binagadi district resident Kazimov Bakir Tili indicates in his letter that he appealed to MIA with a complaint petition. The petition was directed to Baku city MPD accordingly. The moral affairs senior assistants of the Main Department’s Chief met him here; they adopted an objective decision by investigating the case. Bakir is grateful to the administration of MIA and Baku city MPD, because they reacted to the case promptly.  

Nasimi district resident Zakaryayeva Gulafat Rahim indicates in her appreciation letter that she is a victim of the road traffic accident. Rahimov Jeyhun Vidadi, police major, senior investigator of Investigation Department of Nasimi DPD help to open the case by demonstrating high professionalism, objectivity and promptness during pretrial investigation of the criminal case. Mrs. Gulafat expressed her gratitude to the administration of MIA who raised police officers which carry out their duties properly.     

 

The next appreciation letter is about the police officers who solve monetary disputes in legal sphere. The first letter was written by Khatai district resident Hashimov Balashah Mursali. Balashah, who got his money back from the debtor with the help of DPD investigator Zulphugar Vanatiyev upon his official appeal to Khatai police, expresses his gratitude to the administration of MIA. 
 
The second letter related with the same matter was sent from Narimanov district. Citizen Alakbarov Abbas Museyib indicates in his letter which he addressed to the administration of MIA that he got his 950 manat from the debtor with the help of the officers of 42th PO of Sabunchu DPD.

By reading these letters we see how sensitively police officers take care of citizens. We also see in the letters that police officers not only solve the problems which disturb people, but also prevent them by determining their reasons.
