Comprehensive measures were implemented

Baku city Main Police Department on October 7 in conjunction with the regional police bodies, with the participation of more than 2,000 employees conducted comprehensive measures in the capital for public order and public security maintenance, for crime prevention and solution, as well as road traffic safety.

As a result, four people were arrested for committing various crimes, and 29 people being wanted. At the same time, appropriate measures were taken against 225 street vendors, more than 53 vagrants and beggars were arrested, 2 persons engaged in prostitution, 1416 individuals were identified who have violated the rules of the passport regime.
In accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences, 31 people were arrested for disorderly conduct, 74 people - for violation of the rules of sanitation, 2 - for illegal construction, 3 - for violation of the legislation on advertising, measures have been taken in respect of a person, who deliberately did not obey the legitimate demands of the police officers.

In addition, to ensure the road traffic safety, the staff of the State Traffic Police drew up protocols on administrative violations against 1,565 drivers who violated traffic rules in the capital, 223 of them against drivers for a flagrant violation of the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offences, including the use of polyphonic loud signals, exhaust silencers, lights, blinds, films and other illicit car accessories, 68 vehicles were sent to the temporary penalty area, 192 cars were identified, the drivers of which have not paid fines.

Police detained one reckless driver, measures have been taken against 40 people for driving inebriated, 395 drivers - for violation of stop-parking rules and 504 pedestrians crossing the road in prohibited areas.
On the territory of the capital related activities continue, while maintaining control over the organization and conduct of exemplary service, as well as the observance of the rule of law.
