THE MEETING WITH POLICE VETERANS WAS HELD

On behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the employees of the Office for the work with staff on the occasion of 71 anniversary of the victory over fascism, 6 police veterans were visited who participated in the war of 1941-1945.

During the meetings it was told about the great dedication and heroism of our compatriots in the front and rear in winning the historic victory over fascism, it was noted that only after the return to power of great leader Heydar Aliyev, May 9 started to be celebrated in independent Azerbaijan at the state level, our dear President Ilham Aliyev shows them every care and attention as the most respected members of society.

It has been said that their meaningful life and rich experience will always be an example to the younger generation, as well as young members of the internal affairs bodies, their boundless love for the motherland, heroism and hard work becoming a symbol of devotion to the oath and the state will not be forgotten.

Representatives of the Ministry on the occasion of the holiday congratulated veterans on behalf of the leadership and wished them health, warmest wishes, and then provided material assistance.
