Another person was arrested for distribution of a video promoting the use of narcotic substances by creating a profile on social networks. As a result of operational search activities carried out by the employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Drugs and the Binagadi District Police Department, the user of this profile, previously convicted Jeyhun Mammadov, registered in the Yevlakh district, was detained at his place of residence in the Binagadi district. During a personal search, he was also found to have marijuana, being a narcotic substance.
 
In his testimony, he admitted that he promotes drug use on social networks. Due to the examinations, it became known that Jeyhun Mammadov regularly took drugs and psychotropic substances.
 
By the decision of the Binagadi District Court, Jeyhun Mammadov was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest for violation of the law under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
