A group of people shared photos on the "Instagram" about holding a solemn event in violation of the rules of special quarantine.
During the activities held by the police officers, the organizer and participants of this event were identified, and measures were taken in accordance with the law.
The organizer of the birthday celebration, Ibrahim Huseynov, participants Rufana Azimzade, Ofelia Azimzade, Gunay Tapdigova, and Aydan Mukhtarova were detained for violating the quarantine rules in a house in the Ramana settlement, Sabunchu district.
Administrative reports were drawn up against these people under Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offences and a fine of 100 AZN was imposed.
