A kindergarten was found functioning contrary to the rules of quarantine in the apartment 9 at 42 Alibeyov Gardashlari Str of Sabail district. After getting information about this case, the employees of the Sabail District Police Department and the 8th Police Department went to the apartment. During the inspection, it was found out that Safarali Mikayilov and his wife Yegana Mikayilova, residing at the specified address, violated the quarantine rules and established a kindergarten.

First, seeing the police officers, they said that they do not engage in such activities. They even tried to dodge the responsibility by hiding the minors in the bathroom of the apartment. However, due to the overwhelming evidence put forward by police officers, Safarali Mikayilov and Yegana Mikayilova admitted violation of the law. During the inspection of the apartment, 7 children were found. They were handed over to their parents.

The owners of the kindergarten were arrested and taken to the police station. A report was drawn up on this fact under the corresponding article of the Code of Administrative Offences and a fine of 400 AZN was imposed. The parents who risked the health of their children also could not escape responsibility. Administrative reports were drawn up against them for bringing their kids to the kindergarten operating illegally and they were fined.
