Restaurant violating quarantine rules was exposed

The "Kalbajar" restaurant in the Bilajari settlement, contrary to the sanitary and quarantine rules, accepted customers after 18 p.m.

According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police found a gross violation of sanitary and quarantine rules in the activities of another restaurant serving customers after 18 p.m. During the event it was found that the “Kalbajar” restaurant, owned by Mammadali Hajiyev, located in the Bilajari settlement of Binagadi district, works after a specified hour.

During the event, conducted by the troop of the Post-Patrol Service of Binagadi District Police and employees of the 6th Police Division, it was found that this object secretly operated contrary to the rules of the sanitary quarantine regime and received clients. During the inspection of the restaurant, it was found that customers did not adhere to social distance and did not use medical masks. A total of 32 people were arrested and taken to the 6th Police Division of Binagadi District Police Department. In the Division, the leaders of the Binagadi District Police Department conducted preventive conversation with these persons and once again brought to their attention the importance of compliance with the sanitary and quarantine rules. Also in the Division, these persons were provided with medical masks by police officers.

Reports have been drawn up on the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offences against the owner of the facility and clients who violated the rules of quarantine, and serious fines have been imposed on them. These individuals were informed that the next time they violate the sanitary and quarantine rules, the materials collected against them would be sent to the court for administrative arrest.
