URGENT OPERATION

On February 13, at about 15:00, a corpse of unknown woman, killed by infliction of 15 stab wounds, was found on sandy road leading to seaside residential areas in Buzovna settlement, Khazar district.

Site of occurrence of the crime was examined by the employees of police and public prosecutor’s department, appropriate investigation, operative-search activities on determination of personality of unknown woman were held. It was determined that the killed woman was Rzayeva Khatira Samaddin, born in Oghuz region in 1968, residing in Masazir settlement, Absheron region. “Mercedes A160” car brand, belonging to her, was found out deserted in Shaghan settlement, Absheron region, 4-5 km far away from the site of detection of corpse.   

Criminal case was filed on the fact under the article 120.1 (intentional murder) of CC of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Police officers of Criminal Investigation Department of Baku MPD and Khazar DPD continued operative-search activities, lifestyle and circle of contacts of Khatira Rzayeva were defined. It was determined that the murder was committed by Suleymanov Amri Tofig born in 1974.

In spite of the fact that Amri Suleymanov suspected of murder, had left the territory of the republic, he was detained in neighbor country.      
Currently, operative-search activities are being continued, urgent activities on extradition of suspected person are being carried out in connection with the committed crime.
