As a result of the operational activities carried out by the officers of the 30th Police Unit of the Surakhani District Police Department based on received information, Mahir Rafiyev with prior criminal convictions for drug dealing was detained. 51 cannabis plants specially grown by him weighing 10 kg in raw form, as well as 2 kg of marijuana packaged in matchboxes for sale were found in a greenhouse in his yard in Hovsan settlement. Mahir Rafiyev said that he grows narcotic plants for sale.
The case information collected in relation to the detained person by the 30th Police Station was sent to the Surakhani District Police Department. Operational activities against Mahir Rafiyev are proceeding.
