Employees of the Sabunchu District Police Department prevented the birthday celebration by not following the quarantine regime applied in the country.
So, police received information that E. Gasimov, a citizen violating the special quarantine regime at his home held a birthday party with the participation of many guests at Mashtagha settlement on January 29.

While inspecting the said address, an organizer of meeting, E. Gasimov and totally 46 participant there were detained and taken to the police department. A prophylactic conversation was held and they were notified. An administrative protocol was drawn up about the home owner violating the special quarantine rules, including participants according to the Article 211 of Code of the Administrative Offenses and each of them was fined.
