As a result of operational search measures carried out by employees of the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Nizami District Police Department, Baku residents Gulu Salmanov, born in 1999, Ali Balayev, born in 1986, Mushvig Shahbazov, born in 1986, and Aziza Aliyev, born in 1987, were detained. In total, 950 units of psychotropic drugs were found on them, including 350 pills of pregabalin, 600 pills of tramadol and a large amount of methamphetamine.

It should be noted that A.Aliyeva, providing gang members with fake prescriptions forged by her at home, created conditions for the purchase and organization of illegal trafficking of psychotropic drugs.
A criminal case was opened at the Nizami District Police Department under the relevant article of the Criminal Code. Police officers continue taking measures to combat drug trafficking in the Nizami district.
