When serving in administrative territories, the employees of Sabunchu District Police Department revealed “Majnun” café working by violating the quarantine regime in Bakikhanov settlement.

The entity’s activity was immediately suspended. During the inspection, the owner of the cafe, citizen Firdovsi Guliyev, and eight more customers were detained and brought to the 13th Police Office of Sabunchu DPD. Administrative measures were taken against customers and each of them was fined 200 manat. Preventive conversations were conducted with them.  
Administrative protocol was compiled on F. Guliyev, the owner of cafe after failing to heed repeated warnings from police officers. The cafe owner was fined 4,000 manat.
