The Press Service of the Ministry informed that capital residents tried to go out to celebrate this portentous event after Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President Mr. Ilham Aliyev announced liberating some territories under occupation: We would like to remind our citizens that martial law is currently going on in all territories of the republic, in this regard curfew is imposed in some cities and district, including Baku from 21:00 to 06:00 morning.
Furthermore, quarantine regime was applied in the country to fight against the coronavirus. Our citizens are asked to consider these and not to go out by complying with curfew requirements and quarantine rules”.
