A man who stole bicycles left in the corridors of new buildings in the Nasimi district was arrested.
According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, employees of the 20th Police Department of the Nasimi District Police Department detained a resident of the capital Aykhan Isayev, who stole two bicycles with a total cost of 1220 AZN at 41 Gulu Guliyev Str. and 7 Jeyhun Salimov Str. In his statement, he admitted that he sells stolen bicycles for a low price.
 
During another activity, conducted by the staff of the Drug Control Department of the Nasimi District Police Department, a previously convicted Rovshan Mammadov, suspected of illegal drug trafficking, was detained. When examining the paper bag he had, dried marijuana with a total weight of about 15 grams was found, packaged for sale in matchboxes. The detainee's statement says that he bought a narcotic substance for 700 AZN from a friend named Azer. This person is unknown to the investigation.

Based on these facts, the Investigation Department of the Nasimi District Police Department opened a criminal case against the above-mentioned citizens. The investigation is ongoing.
