The video, which was spread on news sites under the headline "police violence in front of the Department No. 22", was completely and comprehensively investigated by us.
The investigation did not find the evidence of any violence fact or other illegal facts.

The police officers who were carrying out control and preventive measures at the intersection of Fizuli and Rashid Behbudov streets of Nasimi district of the capital demanded on July 27 from three moving persons to show their documents. Although one of them had a permit, other two persons, ignoring legal requirements of the police, showed defiance and started speaking obscenely to the guardians of order.
During taken measures, A.Dadashov, born in 1996, and S. Mastanova, born in 1984, the identities of which were established, were apprehended and invited to corresponding police department; in accordance with article 211 (Violation of anti-epidemic, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes) and article 535 (Deliberate defiance to legal requirements of police officer or military officer) of the Code of administrative misconduct, the protocols were drawn up about these persons and sent to the district court for consideration.
