People who celebrated “birthday” party were defined and subject to administrative responsibility related to the non-compliance with strengthening special quarantine regime rules, violation of the social distance, the conditions of the existing preventive measures in Sabail district of Baku.

People organized a feast in the garden located at the intersection of T.Elchin and H.Seyidbayli streets violating the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regime. They were detained based on the relevant measures held by the employees of Sabail DPD Post-Patrol Service and 9th Police Station.

Totally 5 people were detained and legislative measures were imposed on them. Each of them was charged a fine in the amount of 200 manats according to the Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
