A group of residents living in the Narimanov district of the capital submitted complaints to the police, stating that they were being disturbed by household noise originating from public catering facilities located near their residential areas during nighttime hours. In this regard, officers of the Narimanov District Police Department carried out preventive measures at the addresses in question, targeting cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other public catering establishments operating in those locations. As a result, many establishments were found to be in violation of the requirements of existing legislation on household noise after midnight (00:00). Loud music was halted at the identified public catering facilities, and preventive conversations were held with the owners of these venues. Administrative protocols were drawn up and fines were imposed on the responsible individuals. The owners were informed that stricter measures would be taken in case of repeated violations.
