For the attention of citizens!

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 15, 2016 a new Code of Administrative Offences has entered into force from March 1 of the current year. In this regard, in the relevant systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs application of appropriate changes conforming to the Articles of the new Code has begun.

In this direction, additional functions have been planned and made in the "Electronic Payments System" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to collect data on the indecisive protocols on the case of administrative offence and to make their payments.  

Furthermore, in the Central Information System of the Main Traffic Police Department a new cabinet has been established, aiming to improve the works related to provision of Personal Identification Numbers for data on transport vehicles and driving licenses.  

Provision of Personal Identification Numbers in the electronic protocols hereby has reached to the possibly highest level technically.
