Main Police Department of Baku city officially announces

On December 29, as a result of operational-investigative means conducted by the employees of Baku city MPD, 5 people have been arrested for illegal currency exchange in the public places of the capital. The protocol on an administrative offence was drawn up as for them under the relevant article of the Administrative Offense Code.

Detainees - Hamidov Ilgar Gunsur, born in 1975, Abdullayev Istamali Telman, born in 1994, Jafarov Afgan Jalal, born in 1967, Shahbazov Habil Habulla, born in 1967, and Naghiyev Huseyn Eldar, born in 1985. 
 
Main Police Department of Baku city officially announced that will continue to take measures regularly against the illegal currency exchange, persons engaged in these illegal activities will be severely punished.
