The Minister of Internal Affairs reviewed the youth individually.

In accordance with prior announcements in the media on December 9 in the Quick Police Regiment the Colonel-General Ramil Usubov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, inspected the young people wanting to be in vacant positions of private and junior chief staff in the bodies and sections operating under Baku city Main Police Department. 

Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the Minister reviewed each young person's physical appearance, physical training conditions, general knowledge, and background individually. Generally, the Management of Main Human Resources Department was charged with the relevant task of recruiting more trained 280 persons among 1300 applicants for the internal affairs bodies.
Delivering a message to the candidates Ramil Usubov brought our recent history to attention; spoke about the difficult situation, out of control crime situation, and political and economic crisis in Azerbaijan in the early years of independence, and called on mind the impunity threatening existing of Azerbaijan as a country, and stressed that our National Leader Heydar Aliyev's return to power with support of the people in such a difficult situation had prevented the country from destruction and civil war.

It was noted that resolute measures of Law Enforcement Agencies, including the internal affairs bodies under the Great Leader's personal management took control over crime situation, and internal stability was restored. It is many years that Azerbaijan is one of the leader countries in struggle against crime, and in preservation of peace.

Thanks to the work of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mister Ilham Aliyev's determination and strong will, and joint related activities of the law enforcement agencies today in our country stability and public order are safely protected, as well, all necessary measures are taken for development of the internal affairs bodies.

The Minister of Internal Affairs said the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev had stressed for many times that future of our country was related to patriotic youth's deep knowledge, broad outlook and business. Today providing the youth with attention and care, and supporting them for their talent, professionalism, and loyalty to the state are one of the main directions in the activities of country and MIA management.

Drawing attention to both difficulty and being honorable of policeman profession the Minister Ramil Usubov wished good luck to the candidates in their future services, and said he believed that the candidates would continue the best traditions of the internal affairs bodies, carry out all tasks and duties responsibly, be determined and principal, improve their professionalism regularly, and do their best for provision of determination of stability and protection of safety in the country.
