The 42nd Police Unit of the Sabunchu District Police Department conducted an operation to reveal the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
Thus, the unit received intelligence information that Javanshir Yusifov, who was previously repeatedly convicted, illegally possesses firearms and ammunition. As a result of the high priority measures taken, this person was detained. During the search and seizure in the house he resides in Nardaran settlement, 1 TT pistol, 1 magazine, and 4 cartridges were found.
In connection with the facts, a criminal case was initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. Investigative actions are continuing.
