On March 24 the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, general-colonel Ramil Usubov made a muster of young people who wish to serve in the position of common and junior command staff in the Directorate General of the Police Rapid Response Unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the Administration and in territorial police force.

At the event, which was attended by the heads of the relevant main departments, administrations and services, the minister asked about the appearance, the level of physical training, the overall level of knowledge and the outlook of each representative of the youth individually. The management of the Main Personnel Administration has been given the appropriate instructions for the recruitment to the internal affairs bodies of more than 348 prepared people from 518 applicants.

Speaking before the candidates the Minister noted that the recruitment to the internal affairs bodies is carried out on the basis of principles of transparency, publicity and justice. Reminding of the instructions of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev concerning the broader representation of young people with excellent education, high moral and business qualities and a comprehensive worldview in the public administration, and also for their promotion in the service of internal affairs bodies, the Minister noted that the necessary steps are taken in this regard, the current selection is another absentee display of the deliberate policy pursued in this area for a long time.

The General-colonel Ramil Usubov congratulated the representatives of the youth selected for the admission to the service and gave them his admonitions and recommendations.
