Every person’s greatest goal is safe life

20.07.2018

Advanced methods and technologies are applied widely in the direction of reliable provision of road safety. Every person moving at traffic must be attentive and responsible as well as sensitive to rights and obligations of others. Not only traffic police, but also all society is interested in this sensitivity.

Every person’s greatest goal is to live safely. But how to live – careful or careless?  Not only requirement of law, but also intellectual thinking warns that careless living and default can cause painful results. Analysis and generalizations show that traffic accidents are so individual that the situation can be changed completely, or the casualties and damages to human health or property can be removed. Awareness or non-awareness from law does not release a person from liabilities, as the law evaluates legal situation of the person for his illegal deeds. In other words, his public responsibility and private discipline organize all life of a person. It is his deeds and behavior that makes him responsible and safe.
What is a deed or behavior and how is it defined? It is not controversial. The simple logic is that a traffic user- pedestrian or driver must follow rules in roads. Let us think that the greatest rule of safe life is to approach sensitively to rights and obligations of the laws and law enforcement officers – realities which create responsibility.

As a member of society, all us must be responsible to protect ourselves, follow the rules known by all, as well as we must be initiator to encourage the society to carry out these habits. If we want to live safe and healthy really, we should follow the general rules accepted by the majority.

Every traffic user must take into consideration that the administrative rights preserved in accordance with the law are aimed at not only provision of public order, but also delivery of traffic users to the destination in time. It is allowed to stop transport only at relevant places- bus stops in order to pick up or drop passengers by following requirements of the traffic signs. If a driver stops his car at roadway and waits for somebody by turning on hazard lights or pick up or drop somebody within 30 seconds, transport vehicles more than 60 in chain make delay of 3-10 minutes depending on rush or normal hours of a day in roads with two and three lines of capital streets and avenues which have minimum workload. These accounting, we carried, out show that these fake cases appeared in roads are caused by the drivers’ defaults. Although such cases are not so much among our drivers, can be observed in roads in which the movement is intensive frequently during a day.
