The veterans have not broken their connection with internal affairs agencies, and convey their knowledge and experiences to young employees by holding different events with organization of Veterans Council. This time veterans of road police gathered to celebrate 100-year jubilee of Azerbaijani Police. Head of Baku City MPD STPD, police colonel Nushuravan Safarov, senior assistant of Baku City MPD for work with personnel, police colonel Ali Valiyev, chairperson of Veterans Council of MIA Ramiz Akhundov and chairperson of Veterans Council of Main Department Emin Mammadov attended the event held on July 4.  

Head of Baku City MPD STPD, police colonel Nushuravan Safarov stressed that veterans served perfectly in internal affairs agencies for a long time and at present take part closely in training and improving vocational education of young employees.
Head of department, who said that they play a big role in informing residents of capital on traffic rules, as well as providing security of traffic, conveyed congratulations by leadership of Baku city MPD and Main State Traffic Police Department to veterans and wished them health and longevity.    

Senior assistant of Baku city MPD for work with personnel, Ali Valiyev told that the veterans' experience is always needed and teaching their great experiences to young employees they help maintain public peace reliably. Then, chairperson of Veterans Council of MIA Ramiz Akhundov and chairperson of Baku City MPD Veterans Council Emin Mammadov made a speech and expressed their gratitude for attention and care shown by the leadership of MIA and heads of police agencies to the veterans. At the end of the event Head of Baku city MPD STPD, police colonel Nushuravan Safarov granted Honorary Certificates to the veterans for the their long perfect service in internal affairs agencies and on the occasion of 100-year jubilee of Azerbaijani Police.
