Police colonel Musa Musayev, chief’s assistant for personnel affairs, police colonel-lieutenant Vusal Rustamov, chief of Department on the organization of work with minors, police major Firdovsi Asadli, Deputy Head of the District Executive Power Anar Taghiyev, official of the Ministry of Healthcare Rufat Rahimov and the members of the Board of Veterans of the Department and especially the chief of Nasimi DPD participated in the event.

Making a speech before the school children, police colonel-lieutenant Vusal Rustamov spoke broadly about the serious negative impacts of drug addiction on the society, and the morality and ethics of the youth who are our future. He said that everyone must struggle for not being involved of youth into the narcotism, and must take part in the preventive measures taken by the law enforcement bodies in this direction.

Police Major Firdovsi Asadli also emphasized that the measures of combating narcotism in our country have grown into a large-scale, and noted that the great obligations fall over the young people to take more serious steps towards this issue.

It was especially mentioned that fighting against this trouble is not easy, but possible. Drug dealers often walk around the places where there are a lot of children, and offer them those products. They addict children to this bad habit, which leads them to death, in order to make money.

The associate of the Ministry of Healthcare Rufat Rahimov provided detailed information about the severe blow struck to human health and the national genofond by narcotic substances.

The meeting ended with answering the questions in which the students are interested.
