Recently the citizens are appealing to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to obtain information whether their names are among the wanted as a person evading the implementation of civil-legal liability or in the list of restricted to cross the border.

Remember that, through the interactive window commissioned from June of the current year, the citizens can get the necessary information by entering the official web-site of the MIA (http://mia.gov.az/?//content/liability), choosing the shown e-service (on the debtors whose right to leave the country has been temporarily limited), and filling in and confirming the appropriate personal information in the windows.

By the way, it is possible to search in two options in the abovementioned interactive window by entering surname, name, patronymic and date of birth in first option or series and number of ID card and date of birth in the second option. It is recommended to the citizens to search in two options to be assured of accuracy of the information entered by them.

When the person is wanted, a sentence “Attention, you are wanted as a debtor!” in red color is displayed on the screen, and all details of that person, as well as the police authority to which he/she should appeal, are indicated. After the citizen duly pays his/her debt the restriction on him/her will be eliminated.
If the person is not wanted, then a sentence “No information has been found about a debtor matching the searched parameters”in green color is displayed on the below of the screen. This means that the surveyed person is not wanted as a debtor.
