The necessary measures are recently implemented by the Ministry of the Internal Affairs (MIA) to provide the further improvement of activity of subordinated bodies and units in the field of humans’ and citizens’ rights and freedom and their conformation to the modern requirements, as well as to ensure the satisfaction of the citizens.

A new information resource was created on the official website (www.mia.gov.az) of the MIA in order to refine the activities related to the centralized record on the search of the debtors who avoid fulfilling their civil-legal obligations.

Citizens can obtain information whether their name is on the wanted list as a debtor evading from execution of civil-legal liabilities and on the list of border crossing restriction via the interactive window commissioned from June of this year.

It is possible to get the necessary information by entering the website mia.gov.az (http: //mia.gov.az/ //content/liability?) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and selecting the mentioned electronic service (information on the debtors whose right to leave the country has been temporarily limited) as well as filling in the personal information and confirming it.
