The Main State Traffic Police Department appealed in connection with the IV Islamic Solidarity Games

The Main State Traffic Police Department (MSTPD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appealed to the heads of departments, enterprises and organizations located in the central part of the city, as well as to legal and physical persons operating in various areas in these territories.
   
According to the information from MSTPD, in connection with the “Baku-2017”, the IV Islamic Solidarity Games, the special "Games lanes" were drawn in yellow lines in some streets and roads of the city. From May 5 to 25, traffic on these lanes is prohibited, except for operational vehicles and cars used for the games.
 
In this regard, in order to ensure the uninterrupted traffic of vehicles in Baku city, the MSTPD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appealed to the heads of departments, enterprises and organizations located in the central part of the city, as well as to legal and physical persons operating in various areas in these territories with a request to ensure parking of vehicles belonging to them and their employees on the eve of the event only in parking areas outside the traffic area. People who do not have similar parking near their jobs, these days are recommended to choose public transport.
 
We bring to the attention of drivers that cars creating obstacles to the smooth running of other vehicles, because of their parking in the areas where the stop is prohibited, as well as on the roadside, will be taken away by evacuators, and their drivers will be brought to administrative responsibility.

The MSTPD calls on all road users to comply with road rules during the IV Islamic Solidarity Games.
